Bashorun J. K. Randle is the Chairman of the board, KONNECTRONICS.

He is the Past President of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a former Chairman and Chief Executive of KPMG Nigeria; Chairman KPMG, West Africa and KPMG Africa Region. He is also a former Pro-Chancellor & Chairman of the Governing Council of Lagos State University and former Chairman of Eko Hotels, Limited.

Wilson Akhator-Eneka is the Managing Director. He has over fourteen years experience in Information Communication Technology, accounting consulting, marketing management and banking. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has an MBA in banking & finance. He is a Microsoft Certified Expert and Telecom expert. He was a team player in the deployment of Audio_Sound_Card on VISA-Platform card for Authentication and Payment (Paris 2004). Trained as VSAT expert (Denmark 2002) and trained as VERITAS specialist - Data Warehousing management (South Africa 2002). He has attended other Smartcard training in Italy (2004), Germany (2004 – 2006).

He was one time the head of Strategic Products & Marketing Management at Platinum Bank Plc. Before joining Platinum Bank, he worked as a Chief Executive Officer of MicroDIAMOND Systems Limited. He left MicroDIAMOND Limited to take up more challenging responsibilities at ALGORITHM Communications Limited as Director of Strategy and Operations. He is a writer; a columnist with BusinessDay newspaper, a motivational public speaker; he has given over 50 public lectures in the last three years and he also engages in part-time teaching. He is a Rotarian.

Chief (Mrs) I. O. Lawson the wife of the renowned industrialist per excellence. She is a member of the board.
