is the Managing Director. He has over fourteen years experience in Information Communication Technology, accounting consulting, marketing management and banking. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has an MBA in banking & finance. He is a Microsoft Certified Expert and Telecom expert. He was a team player in the deployment of Audio_Sound_Card on VISA-Platform card for Authentication and Payment (Paris 2004). Trained as VSAT expert (Denmark 2002) and trained as VERITAS specialist - Data Warehousing management (South Africa 2002). He has attended other Smartcard training in Italy (2004), Germany (2004 – 2006).
He was one time the head of Strategic Products & Marketing Management at Platinum Bank Plc. Before joining Platinum Bank, he worked as a Chief Executive Officer of MicroDIAMOND Systems Limited. He left MicroDIAMOND Limited to take up more challenging responsibilities at ALGORITHM Communications Limited as Director of Strategy and Operations. He is a writer; a columnist with BusinessDay newspaper, a motivational public speaker; he has given over 50 public lectures in the last three years and he also engages in part-time teaching. He is a Rotarian.

He is a Microsoft, Oracle and Sybase Certified expert. He has built World class solutions on Enterprise Platforms, as well as on Single Platforms including multi-threading systems. He was the pioneer head of Software Department at Resourcery Limited. He established Microsoft Research Limited, a software research based company where has been the CEO for the past eleven years before joining forces with . |

is a senior consultant with the company. He graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has an MBA in Banking & Finance. He is Microsoft certified and a support programmer and business analyst.
He has over fifteen years experience in finance, strategy, marketing management, software development and provision of Information Communication Technology solution in Banking, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas. He is currently in Scotland doing a Master in Project Management.
